Our history and how we started the business was captured nicely in the article. We moved into this retail store in Februaury 2002, taking over a failing computer store. We hit the ground running competing with big- box stores. We started off with providing just Personal Computers repairs and service, alongwith a wide collection of new and used computer parts and accessories. Over time, we have reduced our inventory of parts due to the rise of low-cost online retailers.
Cutting down on our sales side allowed us to focus more fully on providing personalized computer repair service. We have also added many new services to our portfolio. In the early years of our business, we did not even provide Apple device repairs. Now for almost ten years, we have worked on Apple Mac desktops and laptops, along with iPhones and iPads. We have also started providing managed IT services like Data Backup, Security Services, and Remote Support.
